Is there a way to get my phone's nav screen on to the info display. It does not have a nav. I noticed you could get wallpaper from the phone, thought maybe there's a way to mirror or port navigation to the display?

There's an add-on device called Navtool that wires into the rear camera circuit, and lets you mirror the phone screen on the display. It's a bit of surgery but gets you there. Use the search tool to get some background.

Meanwhile, consider one of the phone mounts that charges the phone, and place it where you can see it next to the factory display. I grabbed a couple of the mounts on Amazon, placed the suction cup base in the bottom right immediately in front (towards the rear of the car) of the plastic screen. Takes care of seeing the phone screen when needed.

Wallpaper is just copying a file from phone to car via USB.
As mentioned, Navtool is least invasive option to get phone screen mirrored, though support is sketchy. There is no easy way to upgrade audio unit. A good phone mount is likely easiest.
