My wife's Honda pilot 2003 with 135000 miles had flashing CEL. I checked it with a diagnostic scanner and found codes p1399, p0302, p0304. So I cleared the codes and took the truck for a test drive, this time I got the same codes but different cylinders 0304, 0302, 0306 and 1399. I replaced spark plugs and switched around coil packs to no avail. I then replaced fuel injectors and EGR valve. After I started the truck and let it warmed up, well you guessed it, I got the codes P1399 and P0302. I have already check the Cat convertor and it is good. I am at loss at this point and can use any help...

Possibly throttle body carboned up. Possibly valves need to be adjusted. Do a search on the forum, there's lots of posts about this issue
