LED Day Running Light on a 2016 Honda Pilot LX

I do not believe so without replacing the entire housing. The LED housings are bulb and housing combined, not a housing with replaceable bulb like the LX. You could put in some kind of aftermarket LED bulb. Don't know that it would accomplish much other than putting in a bulb that should last longer.
@Daltongang thanks for the reply. That's what I'm trying to confirm. If I buy the EX housing, would it fit the LX? Can I just plug the existing cables to the EX housing and it will work? I want to do the same to the taillights as well
Don't know if the proper harness is there or not, so you may or may not be able to switch them out. You may have a problem with the computer system. The LED's use less electricity. The computer is programed to recognize when the voltage to any particular such light is below the programed threshold and give you a warning. That is the reason that replacing incandescent turn signal lights with LED's requires a resistor somewhere along the way to prevent hyper flash. Hyper flash has long been the warning of a bulb out, before vehicles were computerized and continues to this day.
