Has anyone leased a Pilot. I'm curious about the terms being offered. Specifically, the residual values (%) and money factors.

i don't have my paperwork with me, but i did a 3 year / 45,000 mile lease through Honda Finance on my EX-L RES.

As I recall, the residual was either 62.0% or 60.2%. If I remember to do so, i will look at the paperwork and post complete details.

I don't have my paperwork handy either. But I remember peeking over his shoulder at the dealership.

36 months/36k residual was 66% on an EX

after a 3 year is appromiately 19,500.00 ... Leasing is good if you can afford it ... the overall amount payed if you pay off at the end is around $45,000.00 ...

We looked at both buying and leasing. My wife wanted the lower payments but, after looking at the total cost and the fact that we keep our Hondas, we went for the loan at 5.5% for 5 years. With a down of $5,500, we are able to keep the cost of the EX, with some accessories (side step, full mask, cargo cover, cargo tray & mudguards) under $39,000. We didn't get that great a deal with our '95 Accord EX Wagon trade-in but, I think the financing will work for us in the long run.
