leaking windshield washer fluid

After noticing some windshield washer fluid on the garage floor, I tracked the leak location to the bottom of the pump for the windshield on my 2010 EXL. That is the pump closer to the engine on the rear side of the fluid reservoir. As far as I can tell the other pump for the rear window (closer to the wheel well) and the sensor location on the front side seem to be leak free (knock on wood). Below are some pics that I took of the leak location (sorry for orientation).

It would seem from these that the leak is coming from where the base of the pump meets the reservoir. Looking at parts diagrams it appears that there is a gasket on the bottom of the pump where it connects to the filter stem. Although I am not sure if this part is sold separately or comes with the pump or filter stem (separate parts).

Has anyone replaced this pump and can advise me on which part is needed?
There is a video on YT about lifting the pump and adding RTV around the grommet. Has anyone else tried this and did it work? Here's a link to video:
