Just bought a 2006 with 134K miles that seems well-maintained and solid. Carfax has fairly detailed maintanance records, but doesn't specifically mention timing belt/tensioners/water pump (just "recommended maintenance performed), so that's the first order of business (I've read the first-gen checklist). I expect to post way more questions than answers, so thanks in advance for keeping me on task. Otherwise, the thing seems to run and drive quite well, so should be a decent replacement for my old Isuzu Trooper with the transmission leak . Look forward to tapping in to the vast knowledge database here. Cheers!

Thanks. I bought it @ 70K and it's at 175K now. Just put it on craigslist yesterday; lady's coming to see it this evening.
