Got a Product Quality Survey from Honda today. I am listing all the problems I am having. They also have a question if they can contact me about these problems.

I was wondering if anyone was contacted by honda and was the person contacting you helpful of just a customer-service bonehead...:mad:

The only person who has called was a few days after we pick up the Pilot. Just ran thru questions about the purchase. If you speak to someone with half a brain, please try and get a name and number or an e-mail address and let us know. I would like to discuss my leather seats with them.

I got that call too....that that was a typical bonehead...

I recived this survey today which asks me to list problems I am having so lets ss if I get a resonse from them
