The cooling fans should turn on when the AC compressor is on.
Check fuses and relays related to the AC.
With the AC off, the fans should come on at 206°F and cool down to 190°F and turn off.
If you have verified that neither of these are working properly, I like to hot wire my fans directly to the battery (one fan at a time) using a set of my homemade wire leads. I unclip the wire harnesses and insert these connectors to the fan connector (1 on each prong), and touch one wire to the positive and one to the negative terminal simultaneously.

This will tell you instantly if yo need a new fan(s). If the fans happen to work, then I would replace the temp sensor switch at the bottom of the radiator.

Okay, thank you. Will try and hopefully it's just a fuse.
What I don't understand is why the air blows in the rear, but not up front.
