What I would suspect from looking at that would be a crank seal. I've got an oil leak that looks similar to that and mine was the crank seal. It looked like it was leaking during a timing belt change, but I didn't have the seal at the time to install so I skipped it and regret it every day; gotta undo the timing belt again to get it changed out. Mine leaks pretty bad losing about 0.5 to 1 qt per 500 miles just from the crank seal plus can smell the oil burning as it goes on the exhaust pipe.
