Just wanted to say hi from ga. My 16 year old daughter just bought her first car. It's a 2004 honda pilot ex-l. It's white with 4wd. Have to fix a few cosmetic things, interior, and a misfire. Today I just fixed the power steering leak it had. Changed out both the orings since the pump seemed good. Was easier then I've had to do in the past. I normally drive a gm minitruck. So far I like the pilot. It rides really good for the price we paid. She actually earned the money herself to buy it. Only cost $1700 for it. Runs better then mine at the moment, lol.

Welcome to the forum. That's great that you and your daughter will have the opportunity to work on her Pilot together. There is lots of great info on this site, and plenty of folks who have experience working on the true first gen (2003-2005) Pilots. Ask away and you'll likely get a helpful response.

And yes, they grow up too quickly. My daughter is off to college next month.

Thanks, I hope to find what ever I may need on here. I wish it was a project like that. But she's more of daddy can fix it or help her get it fixed. But I hope that changes since she paid for it, lol.
