We purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Elite with 13k miles today. The plan was to buy new but finding what we wanted in today's market was pretty difficult. The car appears to be in great condition. It seems to pull to the left slightly. I will probably have the wheels aligned to see if that helps. The only other issue I have is the ride is a bit rough on some road surfaces. I suspect part of this issue is due to the 20" wheels/tires. I think I may try to swap the 20" wheels/tires for 18". What are your thoughts on the two above issues?

In general 18” wheels and tires can offer less impact harshness than 20”. As mentioned check your cold tire pressures and adjust accordingly.

With only 13k miles, your Pilot is not even broken in. As has been said, check your tire pressure. Also, at 13k miles, you are due for a tire rotation. Do these things first, and settle down and have a Pearl. Give your Pilot a chance.

Welcome to the forum. I'd do what others suggested above.
