Under Convenience, do you have Heater and Auto or Last Setting selected? Have you had a firmware update done? Any help from the dealer?

Step one: Locate your Owner's Manual.

Step two:
145603
[Read The Friendly Manual]

Step three: Set it and forget it.

Step four: Enjoy the heat.

I read the acronym very differently.

Of course there is always plan B, pack up and move to Florida!!!
I actually had my seat warmers on this morning and got annoyed bc it was close to 70 degrees.

I'm pretty sure the Pilot doesn't turn on the seats via remote start, only when it's started with a key. I think I recall reading about it on here before. I know they don't heat up in my 16 Pilot when I remote start. I live in Texas though so it's not usually a big deal for me (the weather this February being the lone exception).
