A long long time ago before the Pilot was actually out I read an article that mentioned a Hands free cell phone accessory that would turn off the radio and work through the Passenger speaker of the Pilot. I have written to several OEM accessory dealers and they tell me it is not in the books. Has anyone out there read the same articles? Am I going crazy? I was wondering if maybe this was one of the "Canada only accessories." I would hope not.
Thanks,

I currently have a Nokia CARK-91 carkit installed in my '95 Honda Accord V6. I used a radiomute box obtained from Smarteq (http://www.smarteq.com/). This routes the call through my front 2 speakers and turns off the radio output when a call is placed or received. The only problem I had was that the plug leads on the Radiomute box (accessible to Audi, Citroen, Fiat, Opel, Pegeot, Renault, Rover, VW) did not fit the Honda Leads. I had to remove the plugs and solder the wires. The kit worked perfectly then.:D
I talked to Allen @ Smarteq (305) 446-1577, and he told me that he is not aware of a Radiomute box made by smarteq that will plug into the system of a Pilot.

I had also checked into other alternatives. I found a site that contained Auto Interface Leads for numerous vehicles (http://www.ken-godwin.co.uk/dashmount.htm). I have not tried to install one in my Pilot yet, mostly because I don't want to take all day trying to wire (I have the DVD system), and I haven't found that the Pilot radio is ISO compatible with plug leads.:3:

Good Luck!
