Sunday Rider, Mike688 and myself are talking about having a group meeting for Piloteers in Toronto.

Anybody interested in the meeting, please feel free to contact us for your suggestion (where, when, etc).

Thanks!

That sounds like a great idea. I didn't know about the brown tire problem.
Unfortunately most of the foam cleaners seem to turn tires a brown colour after several applications. Michelin tires seem to be less susceptible to this because of Michelin's Durablack technology. They claim it will keep the tires black without the necessity of cleaners etc.. Personally I think they still need a cleaner/tire dressing.

Thanks for the link. Glad to see the Turtle Wax spray (recommended by Mike688) is also recommended by the author of that article.

Wow, what a shiny nice ride! :4:

THe only orange color I can see now is the side marker and back lights. ;)

Did you move your hitch from your 03 to 06?
Yep. I moved the side bars, hitch, rear muds and wiring harness for the trailer to my '06 before I physically traded the truck.
Hope, to see everyone at the meeting tomorrow.
After all that time yesterday spent on my truck... I look at the window this morning and   it snowed. Sorry guys, can't make it to the meet until the roads dry up!:twak: All right. I'm still coming. See you guys in 4 hours!

I know who will be doing a "quick detail" in the parking lot! You should wrap it with Saran until you get there.

Got word from Tim that he will NOT be there. Car was making strange noises and some burning smell. So with wife and kids, you can't blame him.

See you guys soon.

Yeh but I thought Tim had a Pilot not a F.O.R.D. Do you think Tim will still make it to the Eaton's centre to do his Christmas Shopping :D and that he just lost out to his family wanting to go shopping instead of to the Pilot Toronto meet?

Seriously though, his Pilot had weird smells and sounds?

Funny thing is he doesn't have a Pilot. When I went to pick up my stuff at Hondacura world, he had this huge Van to haul his trailer. But he joked that he didn't have a Pilot. I think there is also the wife's car (the new reliable one) and that is the car with trouble. He also has an old Falcon, which I guess is for the summer.
They will miss the shoulder to shoulder shopping at the Eaton Centre!

Yeah and I heard that Toronto had SARS:2: according to George Bush and CNN who at every possible moment try to remind the public about the outcry of SARS in Toronto.

The Ford Falcon that Tim has is supposed to be very reliable according to his recent posts about his road trips in it. Sorry that HondaAcura parts Tim isn't able to make it. I'm still looking forward to the tour he' going to set up for us. Maybe that day he can borrow a car from the dealer.:D
He's never going to hear the end of this. And for once, Buffalo isn't getting hit with a bad snow storm.

We'll raz him when he gets up here for the tour.
Toronto Pilot was GREAT

While small for a beginning, the five of us met for a little over 4 hours with a stomach of Greek food in there. A bit cold but well worth it! Thanks to all who contributed to the group through calendars and automotive detailing products. I only had a few shots but Sundayrider promised to post many more including the group shot of the members
