On my 2017 Pilot exl with 33000 miles, the light came on today while driving. Is this the fuel rails and injectors need to be replaced? And how long does this take for a dealer to do.

This thread has most of your answers on page 4 and more...

In short, dealers are paid about 2.5 hours in labor to fix the car under warranty. Parts include (6) new injectors, fuel rails and the associated gaskets/seals. Do not be surprised if you're out of warranty and they charge you more than 2.5 hours of labor though.

I hope I am not out of warranty. 33,000 miles. Unless they consider this a wear and tear item.
Sorry, I wasn't implying that your vehicle is NOT under warranty. Should be bumper to bumper for 3 years / 36,000 mi.

If your Pilot was 5 years old or had 60,000 miles then obviously the factory warranty has expired. In that situation, it would not surprise me if a Honda dealer charges more than 2.5 hours to fix the issue.
