Anyone seen the Gold Emblem Kit on the Redrock Pearl Pilot's? How did it look?

I haven't seen it but Gold kit would look good on any dark colors (including the RRP) but unfortunately not on my SS (IMHO)

Haven't seen a gold kit laced Redrock but the neighbors have an Odyssey that's the Sandstone (tan) type color with the gold kit and the gold blends in so well that it doesn't look like they have any emblems at all. :16:

I would agree that the darker the color the better......the Redrock would probably look good with the gold kit. :31:

Just saw a Lexus Red with the Gold trim...very nice!!

I think the gold emblems look great on white cars. I'm not getting them, though. I put a chrome sports emblem on the left side that matches the Pilot on the right and the H in the middle.

I didn't care for the gold package on the red rock I saw. I think it looks out of place with the silver front headlight fixtures and rear license plate lights. Too much silver/gold/red variations. It's only a $100 option so get what you like.

How about no emblems .. ? What's up with Honda and their huge emblems ... It's like the dompany has grown a huge inferiority complex ... but who's complaining ... ?

I was just thinking that Honda has a small number of emblems. Notice that there's no badge on the side like most American SUVs have?

I had asked for the Gold Emblem Package to be added to my Evergreen Pearl EX-L, before I took delivery. Fortunately, I changed my mind at the last minute and asked that it not be added. I especailly thought there is too much conflict with the chrome/silver headlights up front.

Granted, it is a matter of taste..... To each his/her own.

Speaking of emblems, did anyone notice, or care, that there are no EX or LX emblems on the Pilot? I think I'd like to get a nice SS on mine, just because it would look different.

The Gold Trim is very Pimporama. The gold anodizing will fade over time as well.
