Just wondering if anyone has seen a difference with the rear A/C off. Being that I am single, I try to remember to shut the rear A/C off when I don't have people sitting back there. But then I started wondering if it actually mattered. I mean its probably using the same power, just distributing it differently throughout the vehicle. Anyway, just thought I would ask. Hope you all have/had a wonderful holiday with your families. And let's not forget about our families that are fighting, keep them in your prayers.

I don't think it will make the compressor work more or less either way. You have noticed that it defaults to being ON when you restart the car.

I think it is just there to give the rear passengers an option. They can turn the fan up or down and direct the air flow. But if you have the temp set at say 72 degrees, nothing they do will change that. Just how much and how delivered to them. (I think!) :2:

Thanks,
Kip
