Just got mine today! I filled it up to it clicked off and it was 18.1 gallons. Then drove off and it said a little over 3/4 full on gage. Then drove 27 mile and refueled. I took 1.2 gal then I put in .2 gallons more. Still shows 3/4 full on gage. Any suggestions? PS also got the buzzing noices at 2000 rpm. Only 30 miles on car!

Buzzing

If you do a search on buzzing you will find a few other threads with some info.
The short answer is; it is probably the throttle cable bracket.
The MDX site has a picture and description of what needs to be done.
The Bracket is on teh drivers side front shock tower just behind the air filter.
The bolt should be checked to make sure it is tight, then the loose end of the bracket should be bent slightly so there is 10mm (3/8") between it and the body. Seems a few are too close. (Mine was one)

As for the Fuel guage, try a few different gas stations. It could be the pump. If ity always happens then it is probably the guage, have Honda fix it.

N_Jay,

Did you just grab it and bend it out?

First I put a piece of duct tape on it to damp the noise as a test to make sure it WAS the problem.

Then I gave it a very small amount of bend.
Mine was about 1/4" of space when new.

Fuel Sending Unit?

ifome,

If you are having inacurate fuel guage problems, it could be the result of a faulty fuel sending unit.
