I remember \a few others having a problem with their drivers seat shifting while making turns, I too have this problem and was wondering if anyone was able to have this fixed?

I have the problem, but haven't done anything about it as of yet. If and when I do, I'll report back to the group.

Some MDXs have had the same problem. I think there is a TSB that replaces the seat rail. Do a search on acuramdx.org for details.

Mine does it too.
On right hand turns.

My Mountaineer's seat used to rock (I initially thought it was for old people). They had to replace the whole frame.

The shift in mine is only on hard right turns.
It's not major but you can hear and feel it.

It took a while before it started.

I have it. It doesn't happen often and didn't happen to me until over 2k miles. Kind of a "clunk" that you can hear and feel.
