Greeting to all, I recently had tire rotation for non directional tires. Noticed steering wheel wobbling slightly at low speed, light vibration on high. Tires were balanced, no significant wear present between front and rear. Is it safe to drive? Tire tread will adjust itself overtime? Thank you for the feedback.

How often had they been rotated before?

In keeping with the principle of starting with the easiest and least expensive possibilities, if you've ruled out proper balancing, as well as alignment, maybe look for rust/crud on the mating surface between your wheel and your hub and clean/brush it off with a good stiff wire brush, then make sure your wheels are properly torqued to spec.

Otherwise could be bearings or suspension components starting to go.
