While my wife and I both love our new Pilot EX, we are annoyed with the front headrests. Neither of us find it comfortable, and we can't find a way to adjust the height. Anyone else have this problem?

You're out of luck. The front head rests are NOT adjustable.

I do agree, they aren't that comfortable and can't be used for "head back" driving (probably designed that way on purpose).

If you're waiting for your wife at the mall and recline the seat WAY back however, you may find just the right spot below the 'donut'.

You can wrap a pillow around the head rest ... It may help ...
