While cleaning my Pilot this weekend, I found a chip in one of the wheels - not very big, about an eight-inch in diameter.

Since these are clear-coated, I want to restore some semblance of protection. Clear nail polish comes to mind, but if anyone has a better idea, I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

I doubt that nail polish would last for any length of time. I think you would be better off using a clear coat.

I don't know about that. My daughters bike has some nail polish on it(they decided to try to add some pinstripes) :3:and it won't come off. Been there for 3 years. I'm sure clearcoat would be better, you should be able to find some in a small bottle.

Matt:)
