I have been receiving this error message since purchasing my new 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. Thought it was operator error - finally took into dealer as the navigation system was also not responding as it should. They replaced that, and it would now recognize my voice an iPhone (wish it had CarPlay but that's the 2017 I guess), however I still receive the above error. Dealer had it for another day as tech support said replace with special order control unit and as per previous diagnosis faulty AC control panel. It did not fix the problem. Can anyone help?

I vaguely remember a TSB addressing this issue. Has the dealer made sure that the unit has the latest firmware update?
