We have owned this vehicle less than 30 days and the warning popped up. We still have bumper to bumper so we took it back to the dealer. Dealer said it was most likely due to the 18-025 service bulletin and they will replace the injectors. My question is, does this issue keep happening every 20k to 50k miles? Or is this considered a permanent fix?

New injectors will have a different part number. Too early to tell on the longevity of the new injectors.

Recall or TSB? I haven't seen any recall on this and would be surprised if Honda put out an official recall on the injectors.

Our dealer told my wife it was just recently recalled when she called to schedule the repair. It gets repaired tomorrow and will let you know for sure.
