It’s got to be fairly diluted out by now. Actually my Pilot’s transmission probably has a very small percentage of Z1 still in it. But no BG secret sauce.19 year old Z1 in the transmission.
Hmmm 🤔

Drain and refill as much as you like, but there will always be some (small) percentage of the factory fill ATF left in there.19 year old Z1 in the transmission.

The fact that your transmission was originally specd for Z1 is enough proof that other aftermarket ATFs can be safely used in your transmission. Glad the DW-1 BG mixture is working for you. I'd have more faith in the BG.Drain and refill as much as you like, but there will always be some (small) percentage of the factory fill ATF left in there.

Nice track record. IME if you’re not second guessing some of these shops then you ain’t looking. Haven’t had a situation where the wheels fell off yet but I check the torque after wheel service on my driveway after a lug nut wouldn’t loosen with a breaker bar or 1200 ft-lb impact. It would have been a major problem to solve while on the road. Took the car back for them to break it off.My Pilot has been dealer maintained for the past 19+ years.
Thus far, there hasn't been the need to second guess their methods and materials.
Sears broke a wheel stud during a tire rotation, didn't mention it and just put the hubcap back on to cover it up.Nice track record. Can’t be too complacent these days whether it be healthcare or auto repair or any service. Turnover of the techs, service managers etc happens way too often and sometimes the downward spiral starts from the top.Sears broke a wheel stud during a tire rotation, didn't mention it and just put the hubcap back on to cover it up.
Didn't find out about it until the dealer brought it to my attention when I was there for service.
Ce n'est pas du français, ça. En français, c'est « oignon »."Oinon salt"? Qu'est-ce que c'est?

What, you let a non-dealer touch your Pilot? You're your own heretic.Sears broke a wheel stud during a tire rotation, didn't mention it and just put the hubcap back on to cover it up.

Literally.Ce n'est pas du français, ça. En français, c'est « oignon ».
Presumably, it's there to throw the KFC Police off the scent.
The made-for-Sears-by-Michelin tires were the best choice for my Acura sedan thirty years ago. What, you let a non-dealer touch your Pilot? You're your own heretic.![]()
The Sears incident occurred about 30 years ago. Can’t be too complacent these days whether it be healthcare or auto repair or any service. Turnover of the techs, service managers etc happens way too often and sometimes the downward spiral starts from the top.
Shame CEO Eddie the bandit kept that once premier store bleeding that long. And the Road Handlers by Michelin were decent tires for the price. The Sears incident occurred about 30 years ago.
Today I might trust but must definitely verify…….
