I have a 2015 Honda Pilot that i've been the only driver of. The drivers seat just started being very squeaky. Its almost like a mattress with a squeaky springs. It occurs directly behind my upper back. If i push in on it, and then remove my back it squeaks. I can do it over and over. Wondering if there is a way to stop it, or if anyone knows if its a spring or something that is making the noise.

Welcome to the forum.

Short of taking the seat apart and finding the culprit, I doubt there is much you can do. Note if you take the seat apart that there are likely side airbags in there so you’d need to disconnect battery negative then wait five minutes before you start pulling things apart. Any wire harness wrapped in yellow is part of the SRS system.

The lumbar area on my Tacoma’s driver seat groans like a 50 year old mattress. I guess I’ve gotten used to it since figuring out where the noise is coming from keeps falling on my to-do list.
