I took my 2014 Pilot (70k miles) to the dealership for an oil change. They recommended I change the drive belt and said “drive belt is dry and cracking”. I didn’t change it but I took some pictures. I couldn’t find any cracks. Here are pics.

Honda recommends changing the timing belt because of age in 7 years. That's way more critical than your serpentine. This belt looks fine till when you do your timing belt next year.

Based off the pics the serpentine belt looks okay. Flexing the belt along a longer section between pulleys might show the cracks the service tech advised.

I also vote that this belt looks fine and you can put it off until you do the timing belt.
