I purchased a 2015 Pilot LEX new. It now has 80K but it now rides terribly hard. I checked the struts and saw no leaks. The dealer said the were good too. Is it normal to have the ride degrade at this point in its life? Has anyone else had this harsh ride issue?

Continental Crosscontact LX20 Ecoplus all 4 tires @ 35lbs

That isn't a truck tire that might give a rough ride and 35psi is good.
If you drive where the roads are rough, then yes, it's possible to need struts by now.
