I'm going to out New rear sway bar links on my 2012 Honda Pilot Ex do I need to get an alignment after there installed??

Not for sway bar end links.

Just curious....did the end links break or boot leaking? Depending upon your location they may pose a challenge to remove if rusted and crumbling. Post your observations.

I don't think they did but since I installed a whole new front suspension n I have rand new rear shocks also I decided to install new rear sway bar links as well have everything new down there

I always bring my sawzall, angle grinder and dremel out when I remove end links. Seems like they are always seized up and made of cheaper metal that rounds out.
