I have black 2007 pilot. I have checking/crows feet over the entirety of the vehicle. Does anyone else have this problem or am I just lucky?

They're not scratches from automated car wash? I use those car washes sometimes but I always pick the touchless option. Those brush/foam will scratch your paint even worse if really dirty vehicle went in before you, dirt and debris will stick on the brush and foam.

Your Pilot is getting old enough for Botox. :D

I've got it on my hood. They don't call it Nightmare Black Pearl for nothing. It's either a sign of a mature, experienced Pilot, or a reason to shop for a paint job, depending on your priorities.

What kind and how often has paint/clear-coat received TLC?

Honda has had the checking issue since the early 90’s. Not anything you can do about it outside of stripping it all off and repainting it. The clearcoat does it and I believe the sealer underneath the color so it needs stripped down to metal to fix and not come back.
