Hey all,

I just noticed an unusual problem that I have, and was wondering if anyone else noticed anything like it.

The issue seems to present itself when going over sudden changes in pavement height and small bumps. On the left side of the driver's side sun visor, on the junction that attaches the visor to the roof, there is an occasional creak that occurs from time to time. I liken it to when you have a door closed, and you open it just an inch or two, it creaks and then is silent for the rest of the movement. As a matter of fact, I have gotten it to creak once or twice by just moving it up and down. There could be some residue or something on the hard point, because after I move the visor (the creaking occurs a few times in a minute) it stops for a while, and may or may not recurr. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Have You Tried.....

tightening the screws that hold the visor in place? You could also remove the visor and squirt a little lubricant into the thing, because it may just be drying out.
