No need to rule anything out, especially dishing out $1300 for a vsa modulator.
I finally got it figured out last year. I changed the original negative terminal to the battery. It’s been over a year and it has never reappeared again. $10 fix.

Often the cause of the above situations is a problem with the ABS anti-lock brake control module in the Honda Pilot.
As fantastic as it may sound.

Hi. Not really. There was an ABS light. VSA indicator - see solution above in this topic
