I recently got a 2003 Honda Pilot for free from an elderly family member. It was not maintained very well at all. I have fixed all the major mechanical/electrical issues and am now working on making it a decent weekend vehicle . The previous owner had tried to have the radio replaced by an inexperienced person and they cut all the harness cables. I’m not interested in getting the factory radio working as all the speakers are blown. My question is, is there a cover that I can put over the slot where the radio was removed? Or is there a box that I can slide in there that would act as a new storage area? The car is going to be used mainly for camping/hauling stuff around town and not as a daily.
