For those of you that live in a climate like Minneapolis, where the temp can get really cold, do you normally over-inflate your tires by 3-4 psi to compensate for temp drops???

IOW, if you normally run 32 psi, do you add 35-36 to account for the extreme changes in temp???

Cold Tire Pressure

I check 'em twice a month and keep adding air in the Fall and bleeding air in the Spring to keep a "cold tire" [not driven] PSI at recommended pressure. I do it in an unheated [attached] garage so temperature is not that far off from ambient outside air temperature. I guess I could do it outside [or leave the Pilot outside for awhile 1st] but it's cold out there !
