Yes, I have seen it. I am going to get one, but I can see if you use the 3rd row seats very much it would be a pain. They show is rolled up, but I have tried and it doesn't stay rolled very well.
The material is not a hard plastic, but stiff. I wish it was a little softer, grippier (is that a word?) because I will be xporting our yellow lab in the back an it would allow her nails to grip better.

Attached is a picture of the cargo liner (hope this works).......If you go to www.4hondaparts.com they sell and have pictures of all accessories.
