I would not mix that with the original Honda anti freeze coolant. If you are going to drain the old one and replace it with that one, that is fine.
I believe Honda coolant is blue, Toyota is either pink or red. So that is good for Toyotas... since it's already stated on the label (Lexus, Scion, Toyota)

Damn😳😳 I already put it into my Mothers Car..and overfilled a little bit🤦🏾 Thought Honda was an Asian vehicle ...Do I have to drain it now? Drove like 40 miles on it Just now😫😫

well how much did you fill it? Did you use at least half of the container? Was there a leak as to why you added the coolant?

The front of the bottle says it's Organic Acid Technology (OAT). Honda Blue is a HOAT. Mixing it isn't great, but I doubt that there would be any serious consequences.
