New member here . . .

I have seen several references to the "build date" for a vehicle. How does one determine what this is for the Pilot?

newporter: Check your door well (or door jamb, or whatever the correct terminology is -- basically, open your (I believe, driver's side) door and scan for a sticker) and the build date should look like this format: MM/YY... :)

Look under your car, just in from of the rear wheel on the frame. You will find a month and day there. It should be pretty close to the day it was built.

kemosabe and Bullpup:

Thanks for the tip. I looked near the rear wheel and there it was: 6/11/03.

Purchased the Pilot (EX-L RES) over the weekend after receiving an internet quote (as luck would have it, my dealer had the model and color I wanted in stock). Props to this forum for assisting in my purchase decision and for helping me to get to know my vehicle better!

Looking forward to contributing here whenever I can.

I have a 2011 Pilot, I could not find the build date on the frame near the rear wheel. On the newer models, is it somewhere else? The door frame only has 3/11, and I know most vehicles have the day of the month on the frame sticker...
