I've been all through most of the forums but can't seem to find answers only guesses.
I have a 2015 4WD w/Navigation and a Google Pixel 7.
I've connected my phone and let the vehicle access everything.
When I first started using Bluetooth for Audio Music, it seemed to work fine. Music played and the screen updated the track info (Artist, Title and anything else) regardless if I used Amazon Music, my Poweramp App player for my stored music, YouTube Music (as well as just YouTube), everything seemed fine. Then after a few months I noticed the music was playing and the steering wheel controls worked but the display screen only had the handsfreelink message. I tried everything, disconnecting, shutting off other Bluetooth function on my phone, only having my phone connect (removing my wife's phone), Turn on car first then connect the phone, turn on phone first then connect the car, but nothing changed. I chalked it up to not understanding the Honda functions for Bluetooth. Then, all of a sudden everything worked again. Long story short, the Bluetooth functions goes back and forth from displaying the info to not (controls always work). Then I noticed that when it works, the LCD display indicates (not the LED Screen) "BTA Connect" and when it doesn't display anything on the LED display the LCD display indicates "Bluetooth Audio."
Does anyone know what the actual difference is and if there is a function within the menu system of the car to change the mode from "Bluetooth Audio" to "BTA Connect?"
Thanks
