I have 2007 honda pilot...my ac was working fine then one morning I heard a flap on passenger side..now it blows full throttle all time no matter wat mode I put it on and its warm air...any ideas

Most likely the blower motor transistor module failed in the full on state. When you replace it also check to make sure your cabin air filter is not clogged.

If it’s the rear blower that failed then clean the lint screen (behind panel to right of driver’s right foot is). Also replace the transistor module (if LX trim then it might be resistor module instead).

Has anyone figured out what transistor it is? It may be ways cheaper to buy just the transistor and replace.
