I've been very busy since buying my 2005 Pilot this year, and being behind in maintenance schedule including car washes, I need to put my money and my time into the best product possible. The climate here intercalates a torching sun with short afternoon rains where the drops act as magnifiers, you get the idea... the car is exposed to this wihout a garage or shade...
So, what is the best wax to protect the 2005 Pilot clear coat from sun damage?

Sounds like you might live in Florida :) Since you find yourself pressed for time, a spray sealant might be worth a serious look for you as well (as it would take less time to apply). Prima Hydro MAX Spray sealant seems to get the nod for ease of use and longevity (5-6 months): Prima Hydro MAX Super Spray Polymer Car Pro's Reload is awesome as well: Reload Spray Sealant, spray paint sealant, spray wax, CQuartz Reload.

I find the Collinite waxes to be the best all around (price/quality/duration/strength/etc) for liquid or paste LSP's. I have used Collinite 845 and 915; both work for 6 months easy on my cars--which are outside 24/7--as long as you prep/apply as instructed. You can grab both on Autogeek.com.

There are others, but I'm taking in consideration the fact that you are busy and that the car is outside. So you don't need anything that takes a while to apply or has a "cure for x hours without exposure to rain" timeframe.
