Just purchased this OBD2 Bluetooth reader by BAFX and I can't seem to be able to get it to recognize my ECU on my 2016 Honda Pilot. It see's the bluetooth and connects to that but will not connect to the cars ECU. What is the fix for this? Do i need to reset the ECU and if so how do i do that. I would rather not remove the battery cable as that will reset my radio and possibly the radio code. I did see that it is possible to reset the ECU by pulling the fuses for 10 minutes then plugging them back in, however the Honda dealer has stated that doing that will reset many other things like the Idle and he does not recommend that. in addition, nothing in the fuse box states anything about the ECU. Please help if you can as i am losing my mind with this.

Thanks,
Mark

Before doing any unplugging or resetting, I would contact BAFX or the seller to make sure it is compatible with the Honda Pilot and follow any directions exactly.
