Talking about the ZF 9 speed and towing, Nissan’s new Pathfinder is getting it in their new model. Complete with a 6k towing limit…
Wonder what they use for coolers…

As a Nissan fan and two time Pathfinder owner I am happy to see them return to better styling and a traditional transmission. I know the early Murano V6s had a lot of CVT failures but I haven't heard a ton with the Pathfinder/CVT combo. It must hold up OK.
I drove the outgoing generation, just once three years ago. It was a rental that I drove from SC to Mass in my normal day trip. Its a decent ride, nice seat comfort, controls a big old fashioned but functional. And frankly I don't know why people go schoolyard bully on CVT. 99.99% of all people have no clue and care less that its a CVT versus traditional. They just want it to work.

Lack of supply is not a new thing.... 9 speed transmission cooler - aftermarket options? Someone at Honda or their supplier has had plenty of time to get things going.....

Aftermarket is just fine. I'd like to see Honda just try to reject a transmission warranty claim due to aftermarket cooler..

You know, if its just plumbing it in and connections, don't panic. Any good shop should be able to handle those kinds of details.
