Any experience with installation of auto dim mirror? I saw the instructions, looked kind of complicated. Is that true?

Also if I go to the dealer how much will they charge for labor?

I just installed it over the weekend and it took me less than two hours. However, I have a problem. It is not working. I'd checked the fuse, the wiring, and the all connections. There is no power coming on. I spoke to the dealer where I bought the accessories from and he told me he will replace it. It is very easy to install but I guess I got a bad mirror.
