If it's dark black drippings, then then that bushing is leaking--they are fluid filled. Honda had an extended warranty replacement program, which your 2015 may be still be eligible for?

That’s the compliance bushing. Which can be replaced by itself by taking out the lower control arm. But if I were taking out the entire lower control arm, I’d just replace the lower control arm entirely

Haha, thank you! Benefits of living in the south I suppose... transplant from the north where the salt isn't kind. Car has been solid and other than tires and maintenance, I haven't had any issues with it.

And because of how clean that car is all of the bolts will likely come out without much fuss. Lucky. Salt welded suspension bolts have a tendency to make jobs take twice as long as necessary - at this point I just put the car on stands and spray the bolts 5 or 6 times with penetrant for a few days before doing the work. We have the luxury of a spare vehicle.
