I have a 2007 pilot that the upper right rear suspension mount is broken. Anyone have thoughts of fixing this and about how much it could cost to fix?

If I didn't have any welding skills, I'd take it to a welding shop an let them cut off the old, manufacturer and weld in a new bracket. Cost will vary. The only other option is to replace the entire rear suspension subframe. That's a ridiculously expensive fix.

As mentioned a good body shop or mechanic should be able to cut the old mount off and weld in a fabricated mount. It’s possible they could weld what they call a weld-in bung or bracket on top of the existing bracket with a matching hole to mount the shock. That upper shock mount is not an excuse alone to junk a vehicle.

I'm glad the great old school body shop father and son I found after an exhaustive search are also skilled welders. Everyone should have one of those places in their Rolodex. :)
