I might need a new steering rack... and was looking at new and reman...OEM is a lot of money and the vehicle is aged .. well for the most part .. 2009 Pilot EX with 235K miles on it .
Original rack on it .
What aftermarket is best to go with.. looking at BBB Industries and Cardone.....

Many thanks
Matt

Consider getting an OEM part from a low-mileage car at a salvage yard - preferably a car that was damaged in a rear-ender crash. OEM will last forever.

Reman parts - especially from a certain auto parts store starting with an A - can be frustrating. You might have to go through more than one installation/removal to get a good reman.

If not new, It's a dice roll.
Did a reman on 04 Civic last year. I had to use my old tubing lines because they were in better shape than what came with the reman.

Cardone should be renamed to car don't, and BBB isn't much better. Salvage or new is your best option from my experience. 50% of Cardone racks leak right out of the box.
If I had installed the rebuilt I got with their old tubing they sent me, without a doubt.
