Had a couple spare home theater powered subwoofers (yes, home) laying around the house being unused. Rather than letting them keep collecting dust, I installed one in the Pilot. I tapped into the OEM subwoofer for a signal. The subwoofer accepts speaker level input and converts it to line level. For power I used an inverter plugged in to the rear 12v outlet. Not the most ideal or clean install but it already sounds WAY better.

Of course, this is only a temporary solution. I plan on converting the trunk space into a proper subwoofer box by sealing it using fiberglass for a stealth look and still be able to use the floor space. Next up is the NavTool upgrade for  CarPlay

Ka-boom!

Guess you're either pre- or post- needing the space for the kiddie strollers back there.

Um, 'fraid to ask, but what's that IV bag on the left for? :)
