2009 Pilot 133000 miles
This year did timibg belt dec 2021 1200
Last week June 2022 $ 3100 ring job ( Vcm)
Today a/c. Compressor $2300

wondering if I am in for a mess of repairs
Otherwise mechanically the car is good
Only paid $8000 in 2019

just wondering if this is a series of repairs I should expect or is it lemon

I'm sure others will chime in.
Timing Belt/Water Pump - Normal Maintenance. Applies to all Honda's using timing belts (i believe all V6 are timing belt)
Ring Job - Expected if VCM Muzzler not applied. Other Honda's also have same issue so not Pilot specific. Search for VCM Muzzler or VCM Delete to prevent it from re-occuring.
AC Compressor: Not really unexpected but AC work is expensive especially now with freon price due to supply issues.

thank you . I have never had to spend so much money on repairs with any of my cars that I have had so it is overwhelming to me.
i had a CRV with 240000 miles on it. It was a 2007 Honda and I never had this kind of bill
