Yeah Mercedes never seems to have any issues and is really inexpensive to maintain haha

You might want to bring it back to the dealership and let them know about the issue. That way you will have record of attempts to get it fixed.'23 Pilot Elite - Cannot drive this vehicle smoothly from a standstill and under light acceleration. It's jerky AF. Once you get going and at highway speeds it's fine, but i sure hope this transmission will last with this kind of jerkiness.
UPDATE: So just crossed the 800 mile mark or something close to that. Anyway, just did my first full tank refuel with costco 87 and lo and behold, immediately after refueling the shifting changed. No joke, it's now smoother. Previously i had tried both normal and econ drive modes and the econ drive mode was still super aggressive with jerky shifting. Now, it's the sluggish econ mode that i would expect and the shifting is much smoother. I guess the "learning" process was still ongoing and as others have suggested was part of the problem with the jerky shiftingYou might want to bring it back to the dealership and let them know about the issue. I bought my 2023 Honda Pilot in February and I feel the same way. I've had several people drive it and some say it feels like it is skipping 1st and 2nd gear at the takeoff. One other said it felt like the transmission was slipping at the takeoff. I also would like to hear if anyone else is experiencing this. My next step is to call the dealer and take it in...I don't think I could ever get use to this.Just purchased a 2023 Pilot EXL. Traded in my 2015 Pilot with 210k miles on it. Needed a new engine, so it was time, I guess. So, obviously, I drove the 2015 all the time and was so familiar with how it drove and changed gears. Maybe I'm being overly sensitive, or just need to adjust to the new one, but it's so different. Going from stop, to go, it feels as if it's jumpy and trying to skip 1st gear? Or maybe it's just changing gears quick and I'm not used to it? I'm not a car person at all, so don't know too much about transmissions, gears, etc. All I know is its different than my 2015 and I'm having a hard time getting used to the stop and go. Once it get going, it's so smooth and I love it. But it's just jumpy it seems to start off. Maybe I'm not pressing the peddle right? Maybe I'm pressing it to quickly? Not sure. I have turned off the idle setting, that turns the car off, as I don't like that right now, so that's not it. Just thought I'd come on here to see if anyone else had these issues or what others thought? Thank you in advance!
If you read these threads I think it's likely what you are describing is normal, and will likely moderate over timeI bought my 2023 Honda Pilot in February and I feel the same way. But be prepared to have them raise an eyebrow and say ummmm what you are feeling is normal operationThe Transmission is most likely still in learning mode. Just drive it and don't over think or try to second guess it - it's doing exactly as it is supposed to be doing.
If you truly can't wait take it in to the dealer and the will diagnose and advise.
I had/have the same issue with my 2023 Pilot. I took it in to the dealer and they hooked it up and got data that they sent to Honda. Honda recommend a transmission fluid flush which did not help. Following this, they replaced the transmission. Happy to say it drives much better but the first gear rough shift is still noticeable, although diminished. It seems that this 10 speed transmission wants to shift through the lower gears (1-3) very quickly and this is the cause for some us folks experiencing these issues.I bought my 2023 Honda Pilot in February and I feel the same way. Wow yours must have been bad then for them to replace the transI had/have the same issue with my 2023 Pilot. I took it in to the dealer and they hooked it up and got data that they sent to Honda. Feel bad for you - mine is smooth and shifts fine!I have a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite and have felt the same sluggishness in low gears, low speeds. Definitely seems worse than prior models. I have a 2015 Odyssey, obviously a different vehicle, but I would say the transmission/shifting is more smooth on it than the 2023 Pilot
