Yah it’s hard to pinpoint exactly but I feel it in the frame, but I only get it between 1800-2000. It’s very minor but when I accelerate through that range i feel it and then over 2000 it smoothed out again. I do not get anything above 2400 though and mine is not audible, only a feeling
Tried to pay close attention on the drive this morning, but didn't notice anything like that. Hoping you find it though!

hello,I have same exact problem. I have a black exl. 800mls done. The vib is more in eco mode and if i shift to normal, it is minimal. But still i can feel it through accelerator. Did you find a solution?

Mine is AWD. It is a very faint high frequency vibration / resonance that I mainly feel in the gas pedal under acceleration only. It is only present between 1800 and 2000 rpm in any gear. It only stands out because it is so smooth at all other rpm’s and acceleration past 2000 rpm it just disappears. I had the dealer drive it and they didn’t notice. But I’ll bring up again next time I’m there.

its a AWD again. Same as mine. Do you feel the same resonance on the steering wheel as well. Very light.

Sounds like the same issue the SH-AWD in TLX years ago
technically, its the same old system with a new cylinder head with dohc setup if i am not mistaken - vtec

Mine is also AWD. I'm planning to test drive another EX-L AWD to see if it has similar vibration.
Also can you test a FWD if you can. I also notice second gear jitter, very light when it auto shifts.

I also did notice engine running way smoother with lesser vib with mobile fuel. It could boil down to engine starvation. Next i will test little more obtain to see if that helps.

Ok, I've been watching this thread and have some input. I suspect the "vibration" stems for Honda choosing too low of a gear for the speed driven. For example, hypothetically being in 10th gear while going 35 mph. This is likely chosen to maximize fuel economy. Many vehicles do this as a normal part of shifting and maintaining speeds, I believe it is exasperated when there are so many gears to choose from. I imagine Honda will hear of the complaints and then quietly reprogram shift points the correct this. It will however alter the MPG ratings to an extent.

Can I feel this on my Pilot? Yes, however it is not extreme and not scary as I believe it's "normal" as that is what it is programmed to do, choose a gear best for the speed driven, even if that gear seems to low for what we're used to.

The "vibration" may be concerning for some as it reminds us of the dreaded torque convertor issue the late model MDX's had. I personally never had to replace my MDX transmission (probably because I changed the fluid more often than recommended) but I was well aware of the potential. I WILL be changing the transmission fluid more frequently than recommended!

Let's hope my analogy is correct and this does not turn into a dreaded transmission problem in the future.

thank you for that. I have two comments.
1) if what you are proposing was true I’d expect to feel it at lower rpm’s and have it smooth out as rpms come up. At 1500-1800 rpm under load there is nothing and then between 1800-2000 rpm i feel it and above 2000 rpm it smoothed out again.
2) on my outgoing 2011 Pilot I was getting a little torque converter flutter. The feeling on my 2023 pilot is much higher frequency and I do not believe this is a flutter issue. I don’t think it is something wrong per se , rather an engine vibration / resonance that isn’t being damped out in the mount setup. It is annoying though and after paying this much for a car is frustrating

Just to share. My 23 Pilot EX-L also had a vibration issue once I hit 72mph+. The vibration was mainly felt on the seat and accelerator. After a few trips at the dealership they found that two of the tires were “out of round”. The two tires were replaced. I’m happy to say that my new baby is now riding very smoothly. Was very frustrated since 72+ is my average highway speed.

I couldn't find another EX-L AWD to test drive yet.

In my case, I feel it only when the rpm is between 1500 to 2000 and until the car reaches around 30+ MPH. If I drive little more aggressive and keep rpm above 2000 until the car reaches 30+ MPH, there is no vibration at all.
But I don't want to waste gas between every signal and stop sign. I usually try to be gentle on gas pedal :)

What if you change the drive mode to Sport? That would keep you in lower gears for longer before upshifting. Lower vehicle speeds at higher gears can and will cause some vibration.
